Double R Labs LLC operates e-commerce order management, fulfillment coordination, and customer notification services for online retail. We handle the operational side of online ordering: processing, shipment coordination with national carriers, and keeping customers informed about the status of their orders.

Our customer notification program delivers transactional updates only — order confirmations and shipping status with carrier tracking — to customers who provide their contact details at checkout. We do not send marketing messages, and every notification includes clear opt-out instructions.
